So they sent me a replacement shock but of course if they didn't fit the first so i was told today if i send that one back theywill return my money but i got a feeling there trying to just refund me for one bit we will see

You told me my bank is doing it, and I reached out to my bank, Cash App, and they said you guys are responsible for this. I need to get this situation resolved, and I need my $122.99 back on my card.

I placed an order by mistake, then immediately sent them a message (after business hours), per their guidance, stating the order needed to be canceled. I haven't heard anything from them and now I am starting to receive parts of the order.
I reached out again, but still nothing. I don't believe their customer service actually exists other than some automation of submission confirmation.

Your company has managed to find ways to distance yourselves by insulating the personal connection from what people need . Common sense one on one service has apparently been ill managed thru computer responses .
