So they sent me a replacement shock but of course if they didn't fit the first so i was told today if i send that one back theywill return my money but i got a feeling there trying to just refund me for one bit we will see

A couple months ago I ordered a set of all four struts/shocks for my 2012 sierra They were a package deal I received one every other day so they were mailed separately One got lost in the mail somewhere Car parts sent another that was different from the other I didnt notice till both my front bearings,cab joints, control arms needed replaced that these were shocks for a rwd sierra Mine is 4x4 but I was told several times they were the same but they are not I called customer service and they said they could send replacements but I told them they would not fit Then they sent me one and said the would refund me for the other three and to mail the fourth one back and they would refund that I have received the one wrong shock but have not been refunded for anything I asked them to send me a set of shocks for a 4x4 and I would be satisfied and would not worry about all the damages these wrong shocks have caused but at this point with all the runarounds and lying Im going to press it I have all receipts and a licensed mechanic that agrees the wrong shocks definitely caused damage to my front and rear end and possibly my frame Nobody has contacted me about anything and I have to have my truck to work so Im also getting knocked out of work Please email me with some type of solution so I dont have to go find a lawyer thanks

On the 26th, you guys charged me $122.99. And then on the same day, the 26th, you took out $61, and on the 27th of last month, you took out the same thing, $61.

I called you guys prior.

You told me my bank is doing it, and I reached out to my bank, Cash App, and they said you guys are responsible for this. I need to get this situation resolved, and I need my $122.99 back on my card.
